how to make your fridge pretty

Nesting is in full gear this week and I have become completely OCD. Even though I’ve decluttered almost everything about three times already, I still feel like we have so much stuff. One of my projects is organizing all kitchen cabinets and making the fridge look pretty so there aren’t a million plastic bags and ugly containers. Here are a few things I’m using to organize:

weck jars // butter keeper // egg crate // hutzler savers // wrap cheese in cheese paper or parchment paper // herb pod // airtight milk bottle + weck juice jars // produce bags + how to store fruits and veggies // berry baskets + here + here

williams sonoma candles

I’ve been searching everywhere lately for the perfect scented candle. Something subtle, fresh, and clean, without the overbearing perfumey-ness that hurts your nostrils after a while. When in Williams Sonoma the other day, I picked one up out of curiosity and they’re now my new favorites. All natural, with 60 hours of burn time, for $20.

Fleur de Sel is my favorite.

silverware by the pound

I’ll admit, I freak out a little when buying fragile things that are not easily replaced. I’m pretty much as clutzy as they come, so really, it’s a valid concern. Lately, though, instead of fighting it, and washing our discountinued Crate and Barrel china like it’s the holy grail, I’m attempting to embrace the mismatched look. Another spoon got mangled in the garbage disposal blade again? If they’re all different, no biggie. I’m loving this vintage silverware by the pound concept by Napa Style.

Happy Thursday!
